To start the process, you must rent through our website, www.flex.kinto-mobility.pt/, or through our “Flex & Share” mobile app. After we receive your reservation request, you will be contacted within a maximum period of 8 business hours to provide the necessary documents for the rental, and to confirm the availability of delivery of the vehicle on the requested date and time. After payment of the deposit and the first monthly fee, the vehicle will be ready for collection at the defined time.

KINTO Share is intended for short-term rentals from 30 minutes to 30 days. The vehicle includes electronic toll in all contracts, 300km per day and the following associated services: Preventive and corrective maintenance // Civil Liability Insurance // Own Damage Insurance with a €1000 deductible // Vehicle Damage Repair Service (by means of deductible) // Unlimited tires // Replacement Vehicle // Applicable taxes. In addition to the services included in KINTO Share, you can choose to increase the number of km contracted (400 km / day or 600 km / day, and reduce the associated allowance (500 € deductible, or 0 € deductible).

Yes, within the scope of the rental contract, a security deposit of the same amount as the contracted deductible must be provided. If the Customer does not choose to contract the Deductible Reduction service, the deposit will be €1000. In the case of contracting the Deductible Reduction service, the Customer must provide a security deposit of €500 or €300, depending on whether the deductible has been reduced to €500 or €0, respectively. The reservation request must be made at least 48 hours before the pick-up time. Your vehicle will be available for delivery at the scheduled time.

You can change the term of the contract up to 15 days before its completion. In the case of KINTO Flex, this change may determine the change in the rent value.

After your reservation request, you will be contacted by KINTO to provide the following documents/data: If you are a Private Client: ID Card// Driving license // Proof of address … If you are a Business: Customer File //Code of the Permanent Commercial Certificate. It may also be necessary to deliver more documentation, if a risk analysis is to be carried out.

At the beginning of the contract there will be an expert examination of the vehicle, which will identify all existing damage to the vehicle in the presence of the customer. At the end of the contract, the inspection will be repeated to identify new damages. These new damages will be the responsibility of the customer.

If you cover more kilometers than the contracted kilometers, the customer will be charged €0.15 for each additional kilometre. This amount will be charged at the end of the contract, after the mileage has been verified by KINTO.

You must inform KINTO that you wish to extend the contract term by email or telephone 24 hours before the end of the contract term for KINTO Share contracts.

The vehicle must be dropped off at the same pick-up location, unless otherwise specified by KINTO.

The driver is responsible for the infractions he commits while driving KINTO vehicles. If notified to do so, KINTO will provide the authorities with your identification data. Administrative costs associated with the infringement may be charged to you.

If the vehicle presents a notice of need for maintenance, the Customer must contact KINTO. If KINTO Portugal identifies the need for additional maintenance, the Customer will be contacted for an appointment.

Drive his vehicle under the influence of any substance that could jeopardize his ability to drive. // Use the vehicle to participate in motor sports events or races of any kind. // Use the vehicle to carry out vehicle tests, driving training or transporting people for commercial purposes. // Use the vehicle to transport easily flammable, poisonous or dangerous substances, insofar as they considerably exceed the quantities for domestic use. // Use the vehicle to transport objects or substances that reduce driving safety or damage the interior of the vehicle due to their nature, size, shape or weight // Use the vehicle in such a way that the risk of theft or theft is facilitated (windows must be closed and the central locking system locked) // Smoke or allow others to smoke in the vehicle // Carry more passengers than the number allowed in the vehicle documentation // Carry out repairs or modifications to the vehicle or request such repairs or modifications under the user's own authority // Transport children or babies without the correct elevation of the seat/child seat. Minimum Age: 21 years, with at least 3 years of a valid driver's license. Clients over 75 years of age require approval from KINTO.
