To start the process, you must rent through our website, www.flex.kinto-mobility.pt/, or through our “Flex & Share” mobile app. After we receive your reservation request, you will be contacted within a maximum period of 8 business hours to provide the necessary documents for the rental, and to confirm the availability of delivery of the vehicle on the requested date and time. After payment of the deposit and the first monthly fee, the vehicle will be ready for collection at the defined time.
The KINTO Flex solution is intended for rental between 1 and 12 months. In addition to 1500 km per month, it has the following associated services: Preventive and corrective maintenance // Civil Liability Insurance // Own Damage Insurance, with a base deductible of €1000 // Vehicle Damage Repair Service (subject to deductible) // Tires unlimited // Replacement Vehicle // Taxes apply.
In addition to the services included in KINTO Flex, you can choose to increase the number of km contracted (2500 km/month or 3500 km/month), and reduce the associated deductible (500€ , or 0€ ).
If the Client enters into a rental agreement for a period of six months but cancels the agreement at the end of the third month, the monthly rent will be adjusted considering the effective duration of the agreement (3 months). Thus, the Customer will pay to KINTO the difference between the monthly amount of rent corresponding to the 6-month rental period and the monthly amount of rent corresponding to the 3-month rental period. Practical example: Rents: 1 Month – €600; 3 Months – €550; 6 Months – €500.The customer signs a 6-month agreement with the €500 rent. So far, the customer has already paid for 3 months, which corresponds to €500 * 3 = €1500. Due to termination, the value will be adjusted to the value of the 3-month loyalty period €550 * 3 = €1650. That is, the customer must pay the difference €1650 – €1500 = €150. In the opposite situation, if the Customer decides to extend the rental agreement from the 3 months initially agreed to 6 months, the rental agreement will be deemed to have been effectively entered into for 6 months and, therefore, the value of monthly rent for 6-month terms will apply. | Practical example: Rents: 1 Month – €600; 3 Months – €550; 6 Months – €500. The customer signs a 3-month agreement with the €550.00 rent, but at the end of the third month decides they want to continue considering having the service for another 3 months. So far, the customer has already paid €550 * 3 = €1650. Calculation for adjustment: we consider the monthly fee corresponding to the 6 months of service: €500 (monthly fee for 6 months) * 3 (time of use of the service until the moment of the decision to extend) = €1500. Calculation of the difference: €1650.00-€1500.00 = €150.00. In the fourth month, the customer will pay €500 - €150 = €350, while the remaining monthly fees shall have the value of €500.00.

In addition to the services included in KINTO Share, you can choose to increase the number of km contracted (400 km / day or 600 km / day, and reduce the associated allowance (500 € deductible, or 0 € deductible).
Yes, within the scope of the rental contract, a security deposit of the same amount as the contracted deductible must be provided. If the Customer does not choose to contract the Deductible Reduction service, the deposit will be €1000. In the case of contracting the Deductible Reduction service, the Customer must provide a security deposit of €500 or €300, depending on whether the deductible has been reduced to €500 or €0, respectively. The reservation request must be made at least 48 hours before the pick-up time. Your vehicle will be available for delivery at the scheduled time.
You can change the term of the contract up to 15 days before its completion. In the case of KINTO Flex, this change may determine the change in the rent value.
After your reservation request, you will be contacted by KINTO to provide the following documents/data: If you are a Private Client: ID Card// Driving license // Proof of address … If you are a Business: Customer File //Code of the Permanent Commercial Certificate. It may also be necessary to deliver more documentation, if a risk analysis is to be carried out.

At the beginning of the contract there will be an expert examination of the vehicle, which will identify all existing damage to the vehicle in the presence of the customer. At the end of the contract, the inspection will be repeated to identify new damages. These new damages will be the responsibility of the customer.
If you cover more kilometers than the contracted kilometers, the customer will be charged €0.15 for each additional kilometre. This amount will be charged at the end of the contract, after the mileage has been verified by KINTO.
You must inform KINTO that you intend to extend the term of the contract, via email or telephone, 15 days in advance of the end of the contracted term for KINTO Flex contracts and 24 hours for KINTO Share contracts.

The driver is responsible for the infractions he commits while driving KINTO vehicles. If notified to do so, KINTO will provide the authorities with your identification data. Administrative costs associated with the infringement may be charged to you.
If the vehicle presents a notice of need for maintenance, the Customer must contact KINTO. If KINTO Portugal identifies the need for additional maintenance, the Customer will be contacted for an appointment.
